No Fleet Composition Data showing

I am unable to find my fleet composition data. I was not even aware that was a thing until a friend asked me what it was and I realized it wasn't there. Is this a bug or do I need to do something?

Hi! I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but I think if you open up the "Command" screen (rightmost button on the bottom) and then go to the "Doctrine & blueprints" tab, that'll have what you're looking for.
