Sensor ghost with little pink light?

Has anyone else seen a large sensor ghost appear that had a little pink light, just like you see at the

? Any idea what the ghost might mean/do? I tried following it but it went in a circle for a bit and then disappeared.

It doesn't do anything special, and exists solely to remind phase flagship abusers of their deviant nature.
