Hey,

I just got the Hull Restoration skill, but it's repairing much more than 1 d-mod per month, sometimes it's 3, or 4, depends on the month.

Not sure if it's a bug or if I just didn't understand correctly.

In my experience the skill works much faster on smaller ships, while having just capitals will only get you 1 d-mod fix per month as intended. Either way, it's the main reason to invest in the Industry tree early to midgame.

It's one per month plus one for each freshly acquired hull.

Basically, every distinct hull gets 1 free d-mod repair in addition to the one-per-month, and so immediately after taking the skill you're going to get a bunch done rapidly unless you've painstakingly fixed up every single d-mod in your fleet.
