How does One find the Angry Dorito Chip Bounty

Iv been looking at every planets bar and am unable to find one. Am I doing something wrong, does any one have any tips because so far iv been unable to find it for about 11 hours straight of searching.

It only comes from contacts. You have to level them up by doing a bunch of missions for them too. Not sure if the contact importance matters.

I got mine when I reached 100 rep with Rayan Arroyo.

get to high enough rep with a high or very high importance military contact and it can show up.

I've had it show up at like 50 rep
