Is it possible to change market descriptions upon a Faction change?

I always feel weird whenever I colonize (or invade) a planet, and the description still says “X is the crown jewel of Y faction”. Is it possible to have custom markets from a mod of mine change their descriptions depending of which faction holds it? Thanks in advance!

Nexerelin allows for easy description changes for markets changing hands.
Look for captured_planet_descs.csv in its files to set up custom descriptions based on factions. You'll have to write the descriptions themselves in descriptions.csv.

Do note that if the planet does not have a default description set up, once its description changes to the new faction, that will be its new description even if other factions take over, unless they have their own unique captured market descriptions set up too.
