I just noticed this descriptor while flying over a barren world with a purple corona. I haven't seen any reference to it. Very descriptive, but what is it?

I believe these kind of names are autogenerated for asteroid fields, accretion discs, and some other 'space regions' in the game's procgen like auroras. I don't think they mean anything but are just for immersion.

If you mouse over the name ("flight of murder" in this instance) it should give you a tooltip that says what type of feature it is and what the effects of being in it are.  The purple corona might indicate that it's a magnetic field, but I don't remember for sure.
