I forged some, but could not equip them, just to try it out.  They have the same images as the (Double) version.

Thank you for the report! Is this on an older save? I think this would happen if you learned the blueprint prior to 0.95.1a.

Ahhh, I see what it is - it was still in the base blueprint set, so you'd always have it on game start. Thank you, fixed this up.
