My computer suddenly rebooted on its own, couldn't locate the CPU.

Got my completely new box replacement.  Just tried it out, and it's working correctly.

...

BUT the power supply needs 125v 10a.  Wall sockets provide 110-120, wondering if that's a problem.  Considering when I try to boot my computer goes NOPE and dies.  Then it works correctly on the 2nd boot up, as if it's trying to catch it's wind.

That is odd. Where was the powersupply manufactured?

Correction, it's a 500W power supply with a 125V power cord, silly me.
