On colonies of size 4 or greater, the tooltip for the Patrol HQ in the "Add industry or structure..." menu only shows the base upkeep for a size 3 colony, whereas other tooltips seem to show the correct upkeep that has been adjusted for colony size.

The build menu itself does show the correct upkeep. It is only the tooltip that has this problem.

Unfortunately, I cannot capture a screenshot of this tooltip for some reason, but this should be easy to verify in game.

Doesn't patrol HQ always use the upkeep of a size 3 colony, since it doesn't get more patrols with increasing colony size?* So it's the build menu that's bugged.
