While I do prefer people spell things correctly and use good grammar and stuff (and I really, really prefer people to use their spellcheckers if they have one), I don't think an entire thread--let alone an insulting one--is the way to convince people to start doing things differently.

I hate to do this, but before things get out of hand I'm going to lock this one. I just don't see what good can come of it.

Decent spelling and grammar are important for communication (and translation software), but this is an international forum, populated by people with all varieties of backgrounds and abilities.
