I'd even go so far as to say that build has more dissipation than it strictly needs and it could cut the vents down by 10 to add move caps or hullmods! Which is a crazy thing to say about a low tech build.

Oh definitely! As I said, it was perfectly playable at just the 580 dissipation from full vents with FR. And honestly, if not using builtin hullmods/using those for other things, I'd probably spend those 10 OP on possibly even Unstable Injectors - bring her up to 100 speed to be able to keep up with even hightech destroyers. Still a bit over 750 range on the Mark IX even with that.

Or of course, for the luxury build: Build in UI and ITU, and both outrange and speedmatch all those fancy hightech destroyers, while being able to have a decent shield capacity as well.

Intentionally not getting any caps so your polarized armor gets to a higher bonus earlier is the true galaxy brain move though.
