not sure if this is intentional / has been fixed in rc4/5 (though it's not in any of the patch notes), but bar events are giving out high level merc / remnant / derelict drone bounties

and while i'm here - are all 4 xiv legions meant to be in one constellation again?
3 / 4 spawned in one for me, though that might just be dumb luck

The missions (high level merc / remnant / derelict drone bounties) are a real thing but they're absolutely not for newcomers.
How long have you been working for this contact? Number of missions done for this contact, that is.

The bounty difficulty is shared, so if you've done a bunch of contact bounties - either from contacts or from bars - then new ones you get will have increased difficulty (or decreased, if you've been asking for easier ones).

Huh, guess I just never noticed bar bounties getting more difficult in .95, ty for answering!
