Quickfire minor suggestions

Since the next patch is looming close:
- Add a "turn on transponder and join the fight" option to the encounter dialog from battling fleets instead of forcing the player to exit and re-enter.

- Deploy Frigates/Destroyers to the sides of Capital/Cruisers to avoid the constant bumping and shield ramming that occur when deploying large fleets. Alternatively, deploy the Capital ships in front since smaller ships will more efficiently avoid collisions when overtaking bigger ones.

I want some way to deploy big ships at front without toggling the deploy menu multiple times.  It gets tiring to deploy ships in separate waves, with capitals or cruisers in wave one and small ships (and carriers) in wave two, in almost every fight.

Big ships should be deployed first because little ships always run off then die while big ships are still beyond fog-of-war range of any fights the small ships have gotten themselves into before getting destroyed.

Big ships going first means all the ships are closer together when fighting starts and can support the smaller ships.  Also, if the big ships get there first, any small ships the enemy sends ahead are the ones that die first.

In that line of thinking, how about:
- Add a "jump to hyperspace, then turn off your transponder" to the exiting gates?

Seems more like there should be a selector for initial deployment (current behavior, big ships first, etc). With default (in doctrine settings?) and ability to quickly do one time override on start of combat.
