Can't complete missions

Sindria gave me a mission to explore irradiated world. Since I surveyed all of the sector already they chose a world from Alpha Site which I cannot explore.

Bought a blueprint location from historian NPC, with a solar shunt target destination. I already defeated the guardian and claimed the structure so I cannot interact with it anymore and cannot get the blueprint.

Thank you for the reports! Both of these should be fixed in the upcoming release, I believe.
