Hey, these are some gorgeous ships and skins you've made here!

Idk where you're trying to land in terms of balance, but after using the Hammerfall I just wanted to share my humble opinion that it may be slightly overtuned. It's a Hammerhead and a Mule combined in a single ship, for the price of only one of them, with total freedom given by the versatile weapon mounts, and it burns at 10 instead of 9 (or potentially 11 if you keep it civillian).

Don't get me wrong, it's fun as hell and I don't necessarily want its capabilities nerfed. I just think it should be more expensive and be militarized by default to cap its burn speed at 9 so it doesn't completely invalidate 2 vanilla ships.

Looking forward to trying out the rest of the ships. Good work, please keep cooking!

Glad you liking it! Hammerfall just received a rework in the 0.98 update and is likely to be subjected to further fine-tuning in the future releases

hyperion's skins and default model are placed a bit differently in refit screen, not sure if its this mod's issue though. also no idea what other ships with skins are affected
this mod does not affect or change the default model itself

internally paintjobs replace the entire ship .png image (which also means that every single paintjob has to be separately painted by hand in the art program ;D), this replacement image having exact same dimensions and placement on the canvas so there should be no issue unless there is a problem with the base ship to begin with

that said, can you describe the problem in more detail?

Yeah replicated it on my end, very odd indeed! After some investigation found this to be a vanilla issue with the hyperion itself. Made a bug report.

I really love your mod but I am currently having some issue

For some god forsaken reason when using it with All The Domain Drone + and Lubalib it cause crash in the "Personal - Paintjob" section

Really cool mod, love the focus on quality and the Carnelian might be my #1 favorite ship in the game. However recently I started a playthrough with a solo Carn and 10 hours in I realized I had not lost a single ship in my fleet. As fun as these ships are to pilot in the moment I think they trivialize difficulty of the game too much. It would be nice if there was an alternate version that put them closer in balancing to vanilla ships.

Entirely new paintjobs for the vanilla ships which can be selected in the refit screen, variety without bloat
