No Hullmods Available?

So, I used to play in the .8 series of this game, and just updated.  But for some reason, I can't seem to use hullmods.  Earlier I was able to install a few on some of my ships, but now whenever I go to the refit screen it just says "no hullmods available".  I know I've found quite a number of them as loot.  What am I missing here?

There are 'types' of hullmods that sort what you see. You have somehow selected a 'type' that you have none of.
Or maybe you aren't docked. Are you floating around in space?

No, this is docked at various planets, with all hullmods selected, and there just are none.

Ah, you were right, somehow one of the selections was toggled off so I couldn't see any mods.  Thanks!
