Game crashes in enemy colony military options

i've attached the error message and the enabled mods, i've tried to capture a pearsen league colony 3 times now and it either crashes as i press military opt. to attack the battlestation or after the fight to capture the colony

Edit: i've found a fix in the modded section here https://fractalsoftworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=22009.0

you can delete this no need to move it, i dont know if i can delete it myself, i would if i could

i just realised there is a child board for modded but i'm not sure how to move it there
