I mean this change for derelict ships only. Post-combat recovery ships you beat fair and square.
It would be less mid-game-starting, if the player needed to spend more than a single story point to recover bigger ships.
Allowing for custom derelicts to require an arbitrary number of story points could be useful to modders, too.
