Pay for protection (Becoming a mercenary)

Do someone dream about becoming a mercenary then this is the right choice for you. When some request upon the intel comms saying need an escort to destination A to destination B I think that's a simple request if you have a fine fleet yourself and having a follow mechanics added in the next patch that might not be a dream (I suppose)
