Think about it you got cash and full of goods but you don't know how to protect them. Well I got a surprise for you if you just recommend this to the devs they might add a mercenary store where you can buy a fleet to follow you around in a form of a contract they might stick around with you for a 1 cycle or 2 and baam you got an escort and you got the capacity of having to trade every cycle. They do the dirty work and you just sit back, relax and watch them kill your "competitor".
