Fighters Stuck Escorting AI Carrier's Own Module

AI-controlled carriers with modules seem to be able to get their fighters stuck in a loop where they just escort the carrier's own module. Reserve Deployment may also be having an effect here.

To see this behavior, download the Roider Union mod and put the Ranch carrier from the Midway mission into the sim under AI control against whatever - a Dominator or Medusa shows the behavior well. The fighters will hover in front of the carrier, only jumping out briefly to attack if the enemy gets really close.
