Will pirates/luddic paths steal from Abandoned Stations?

The title has the question  ;D  ;D.
Basically stored some drugs/ai cores on the abandoned station found in Corvus

As far as I know no one will touch abandoned stations, unless a mod adds someone that does.

There should be some sort of small questline to "hide" your items or thief-proof free storage areas. It doesn't seem convincing when you can store things on the ruins of Mariaath without anyone noticing.

The game's supply mechanics make storing things mandatory so the free storage is just to avoid forcing people into taking colonies. Not sure why there's paid storage though.

Nothing will be stolen.

Paid storage seems to exist now only for quest reasons.

I haven't seen this, but I've never seen an inspection reach my colony successfully.
