[0.95 RC15] Ship survives at 0 hull points

First time I notice this, one of my ships was able to retreat while having 0 hull points.

Aren't hullpoint a float or double? Your ship's hullpoints could be between 1 and 0.

If that's the case, then I suggest a small improvement:
  • Either round down the effective hull points to an integer after computing damage.
  • Or display part of the fraction component, such as "0.3", when hull value is below an arbitrary threshold such as 1 or 10.

Rational: 0 means dead, game displaying 0 is misleading.  :P
