Expeditionary Force Reputation Bug

After winning this battle, I still got penalized with reputation loss (-5) despite the fact that I was acting in self defense and the expeditionary force was not operating officially.

I can see how this may be confusing, but it's not a bug. You can check the expedition intel item for an explanation. Basically, you get docked a bit of rep for fighting off the expedition as a whole, not for fighting a specific fleet. Otherwise you'd get hit multiple times for each fleet/each battle you had, which seems like it'd be a bit much. As it is now, you only take on rep loss when the expedition fails.
