Add seperate categories in the player hangar.

By dividing it into several hangar menus it would be easier to creat fleet loadout instead of having to throw all your ships into a single hangar.

This was featured in pre-0.6a releases, and I wish they made a return.  It gets old scrolling down multiple pages of ships just to get a ship smaller than a cruiser.
