cant colonize a system

so there is this system in my game, i cant use the jump points and i cant colonize a planet in.
anyway to fix this?

This is the system he performed the test with the Janus device prototype. That system is now permanently impossible to colonise because the accident destabilised the jump points, which would make the colony cut off from the wider sector.

scc yes it is that system. sad its permanent :(
the popup when using a jump point would imply its not permanent, however ( something something unusuable untill it stabilizes). so is this a  bug?
