[0.95a RC12] Bar mission "Dead Drop" target system not fixed

The system I am instructed to perform dead drop changes every time I decline, visit the map, and talk to the NPC again.

Not sure if this issue should be reposted, bumped to top, or ignored since it has been acknowledged, but I can confirm that this bug still exists in 0.95a RC15.

While the gameplay impact is relatively small, it has caused me to reload a few times when it caught me off guard. Since it is important to check the mission location first, it is easy to accidentally undock and reset the mission parameters when mashing the Esc key in order to get to the map faster.

Hmm, this appears to be fixed in dev. It *is* possible to get a different target if you happen to undock and re-interact with the planet and in that time the bar events seed updates, but that would be a roughly once-a-month occurrence, not something that happens repeatedly.
