Any fighter with shields raised will permanenetly overload once their flux hits max. I have reproduced this on several other fighters, but the easiest reproducable vanilla way would probably be:

1.) Equip Xyphos
2.) enable dev mode and take control of one
3.) raise shields and fly into enemy fire

Sorry if this was already reported, I didn't see any thread.

Thank you for the report, I don't recall seeing this one before (though it's possible Alex did). I've logged it for him to look at, so that should get taken care of.
