Academy Questline null pointer (Hard Lock)

After completing the first two quests (the archive hacking and the scientist), I was supposed to get a quest to go to Hybrasil to locate someone named Astraia. Instead, I only get NullPointerException: Null. Going to and looking around Hybrasil does not advance the story, I guess because I never "got" the quest to do so.

Hi - sorry about the trouble!

Did you happen to recover the Venture-class Hamatsu from Alpha Site, turn it in to Callisto Ibrahim on Agreus, develop her as a contact, and then delete contact? If so: that's unfortunately known to cause this problem; fixed for the next build.

Nope. Have not progressed to the Alpha Site yet.

This NullPointer is occurring when Baird and the holographic head of Gargoyle tell you to go to Hybrasil. Cannot advance past this point as I cannot actually get the quest to go to Hybrasil, only NullPointerException: Null.

Question: did you get Rayan Arroyo (the TriTach guy Baird sends you to meet on the "Kallichore Archive" mission), get him as a contact, and then delete the contact? If so, I believe this issue should be fixed for the next build. If not, then I'll have some more investigating to do...
