How well do these fit the aesthetic? Kinda did them in a rush so I'm not too sure if I missed anything. Eh, now that I'm looking at it the backlighting's probably too strong. Oh well.

Those are really good! Might be rushed to you, but it looks good to me, and it actually follows the backlighting style, which is very neat. With your permission, I'll add em in.

There have been a few, but they have been... let's say less than suitable for posting here on the forums. Plus most of the ones I knew were just cropped shots of art and pretty much never had the artist's or character owner's permission. (Which is a problem with many portrait packs) This pack is good to post here because it is SFW AND it has the permission of everyone involved

I've seen one floating around, and immediately recognized art that I knew they didn't have permission to distribute, along with obvious porn crops. I'm trying to actually follow the rules with this one.

Can we maybe chill with the "exterminate the furries" rhetoric? I don't think anyone minds what you do in your own game, but since some people here are furries, it's... uncomfortable, at best.

Of all the portrait packs I've felt compelled to comment on, since I don't use portrait packs, this is the only one that's attempted to get permission to use the art it's adding to the game, and it's not adding anything to factions without asking - that's a couple steps above the baseline as far as good citizenship goes around here.

So I'd rather keep the furries and jettison some of the haters, please and thank you.

This portrait pack has already given me just what I expected out of it, interacting with combat chatter wonderfully!
It's only been a day and I've already been BM'd by an Eevee as my cruiser overloaded and got cut in half.

This mod adds 35 furry (and scalie) portraits to vanilla factions. A few are AI-generated, but most are sourced from members of the Starsector community.

I uh, I'm kinda new here and don't know the rules about external links but yeah.
I use this thing: https://thisfursonadoesnotexist.com/ , primarily to make NPC portraits for my genesys games.
There's a drop down menu to make My Little Ponies, and it has parameters for the AI algorithms, you can make some pretty cursed stuff.
