How do I advance the story? (moderate spoilers)

I've finished the mission to retrieve the main quest scientist for the academy, but now I need to get the Kallichore Archive. It doesn't show up on the intel screen for missions and I have no idea where to go now. Screenshot of the last dialogue:

I've played A ton of the new patch and haven't really gotten anywhere in the storyline stuff, the writing for the missions that exist is great, but I'd like to see the game for it's entirety now, so any help with stuff like this will be nice to turn back to.

Did you destroy the Aztlan Relay? That prevents the mission from starting.
Otherwise, you should have gotten it at the same time as the Finding Coureuse mission.

(The archive mission sends you to to talk to TT executive Arroyo on Eochu Bres; if he's not there, the mission's broke)

I loaded a save before accepting the mission and checked, the Aztlan Relay is still there. When I accept the quest it only gives me the quest to find the scientist but not the quest to find the archive, even though I went through the dialogue to accept both quests.

... Are you using any mods? And have you blown up any planets?

If you can send over a save, we can have a look and check on what's causing the mission to fail to load. Generally it will check to make sure all of the required entities exist, and if any are null, abort the mission creation. It feels like that's what happened here for some reason.

(Hmm - destroying the relay before that mission is completed should not be possible. But yeah, looks like something went wrong here...)

Wouldn't it be better to have brute force options for quests rather than having to artificially limit destructibility?
Like, if your military/economic/diplomatic strength is overwhelming, you can just smash through quest objectives?

A "warlord" option can probably fix the issues presented in these threads, along with what could have appeared in this one.

How do i sneak past those 2 patrols at the aztlan relay? Even if i wait long enough that one leaves, i still got no chance. My sensor profile is at 135 and i still can't manage to do this. Edit: Oh well i lured them away. I never thought of that...

Try revisiting the academy, I remember I had to leave and re-enter it a couple times to get all the story stuff.

Then actually read what you have to do, the arrow will point to the wrong location for one of the missions.

I did it with no legal repercussions, grab a fast flying 20 burn ship, turn off your transponder in the asteroid then attract every single patrol in the region. once you've gotten them to chase you halfway across the map... transverse jump and get back atzlan in just a few seconds. You will have some free time to install the relay, hit up the back market and turn back on your transponder with the Hegemony none the wiser
