activation code undelivered?

Hi hi, sorry for taking up your time on Easter but.. this game was bought for me some hours ago using, "Purchase is for someone else".  Just wondering if something went wrong, or if it just takes a long time, or ?  Not sure if this is the right place to ask either.

Specifically it would help to know the email address and name of the person that made the order.
