Find pirate base

Any way to find a hostile pirate base in 0.95? No more contacts in tavern or any indication of where pirates coming from.

I agree, the contact in the bar is gone  ???. But, as I have encountered each time in my playthrough, the base is located in one of the closest star system of yours. So just go around about a bit.
