[0.95a RC8] Transfer command to self, not really commanding

  • Start tutorial (Apogee start, Normal difficulty)
  • Get engaged by first fleet
  • Select "Transfer Command" option
  • Select transferring command to yourself

Expected:  Should be a no-op or not possible in the UI
Actual: You it says you transfer command and when combat starts you're not in your ship and you can't use 'F' to see your ship.  It's a bit whack.
