View the market prices of any good on any planet

A screen in Intel that shows you a list of every good, if you click on it it will show you the prices of selling/buying planets

All lists should have search bars and sort functions, as well as possibly being able to pin/watch specific goods/planets

If the system you are in has no comms, it should display the prices from when you last had comms, nothing, or heavily innacurate/delayed prices.

This makes sense lore and gameplay wise, since you can already F1 the prices where you have comms.
It also makes sense that systems would want to communicate what they trade.
