add commodities?

hi! i was wondering, can we add some commodities to the game, like a new ressources, or new kind of marines? and if it's a yes, how do we do that???  any ide?  ;D

depends on what you want the commodity to do.
if it's a commodity that's supposed to behave like lobster, which is effectively a reskin of luxury goods without any demands, that's easy.
If it's an actual commodity with economy integration, I hope you can code java and like headaches.
