Floating damage decals on hardpoint slot cover

As the title states. I initially thought it was floater pixels on the sprite (as is usually the case for such problems) but turns out it was not and instead is some esoteric rendering code gremlin it seems.

Thanks for the report! Hmm. Not able to reproduce this so far - doing the same scenario as in the screenshot, moving the ship around some, etc, and it's not happening. Will keep an eye out, though.

Hey Alex, did a bit more testing and it is weird it only seems to show up at some zoom levels. Hopefully this helps you out :)

Ahh! Yeah, I was zoomed all the way to see it better, and of course it wouldn't show up then. Of course.

Anyway, fixed this up! Not entirely sure what was causing it, to be honest, but turning on texture clamping for a specific portion of damage decal rendering did the trick, and the change seems self-contained, so I'll just back away slowly.
