I am irked to find that the fleet page does not have any sorting function. All newly added ships just get added to the bottom which is not good for fleet deployments.
There are also no way to set player-managed categories such as a pursuit-default selection (with left + right deployment), strike-groups(with default escort orders), manually marked civilian or special deployment ships (for non-combat 'combat' freighters and command/avionics ships).
Lastly on a tangent, it is rather annoying that ships enter the field in a 5-column when there is so much more horizontal space. Perhaps that can be scaled up with higher supplies-to-recover deployments?
Maybe at the cost of a command point, that additional ships can enter the field from another location than the bottom in non-pursuit engagements, with the capture of a deployment zone objective?
