Partial Controller Support Achieved
« on: July 19, 2020, 07:58:46 AM »

Here is my layout for partial controller support using antimicroX for linux.
Note that "Mouse4" and "Mouse5" are actually mouse wheel up and down.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing.

I am thinking about buying a game controller for linux and I want to take this opportunity to ask which controller you are using?

Is it well supported by other games that have built in support for controllers?

XBox 360 controller is the most supported. I got a knockoff at an electronics store. Most Steam games run on Linux as well now thanks to Proton. And with that 3rd party application antimicroX you can turn almost any game into a controller-supported game if it wasn't built to support controllers.
