Repair Cryosleeper Navigation, cost a beta Core and quite some Heavy machinery, allows to move the Cryosleeper to a player controlled system for a distance based fuel cost.
Cryorevival Infrastructure could produce harvested organs in addition to pop growth.

Blue Prints for Domain Area Nav, Sensor and Relay stations.

A difficult story mission to reactivate gates.

A very difficult story mission to get blueprints for rare items like AI Cores or Nanoforges ,requiring at least one item of the type in player possesion.
the Mission may be follow ups of the red planet.

An option for a blue planetary shield.

Yes please! Cryorevival Infrastructure + Free Port should produce Harvested Organs.

A difficult story mission to reactivate gates.

Gate reactivation is one of Alex's plans. It might be done through a Tier 5 technology skill or a mission.
