Ruthless Sector mod reduces commission/Galatian Academy stipends by 10%, but this should be reflected in the intel tooltip.

Did you have the commission for the whole month? (i.e. it's not being prorated)

No Ruthless Sector, but Starship Legends is in.
I also only had the commission for a few weeks. Will wait and see.
