What buildings are counted as military/ industrial with regard to the effects of Governance types such as Monastic Order and Corporate Governance? Is it possible to display a list of affected buildings while hovering over the government icon?

Hi. It's me again. With more bad news. Nothing QUITE as bad this time though:

The orbital artillery description in the build menu is a little borked.

EDIT: Found another one: If the player takes over a market that is currently being targeted by the privateers, the raid will fail. However, for some reason this will then give you salvage because 'an incursion against your planets in X system has failed', which... is referring to the raid.

In essense:
Privateers target system.
Player takes over the last valid target for raiding whilst the raid is going on (I used a nex invasion fleet).
Raid fails.
Player gets salvage because the raid fails (somehow the raiding forces are seen as hostile now).

Pet's stopped working at one point. I tried to restart the game but it's still not working. Whenever I right-click it trying to assign, It just exists the inventory window without any warning. Cryochambers after that have red text : "Finish assigning your current pet to activate this".

Hey there. Is there a way to whitelist every ship in the game even from mods for reverse engineering?

There's a setting in luna configuration (top left of the screen).

Meanwhile I got another bug: hull deconstructors won't refund guns mounted on modules of a ship (tested with the silverlight with the shards attached (which I got via courier fleet abuse but still should be valid)).

Just a quick question, what is actually required for Hidden Arcology to be able to be built ?
I'm on a water world with only 2 condition (to test it out): water covered surface and trace organics, and i can't build it. I've never been able to build arcologies in any of my runs tbh...
Same issue. I thought this is because of the ocean, but on mod page there is a picture for water hidden arcology, so the problem is still on.

IIRC you can only build it on Volcano worlds that aren't Volcano worlds currently.

I.e. nowhere.

Big report: "Specializations for Mining do not interact well with Mantle Bore. Mantle core becomes ignored."

I tried switching industry to specialized one like increasing organics.
And then changed back to normal mining.
Noticed my mining became stuck at showing normal numbers without being affected by Colony Item Mantle Bore
Despite me installing Vanilla Colony Item Mantle Bore that increases production by +3.

That was done on colony that has size 4, Sparse Transplutonics and Sparse regular Ore.
No matter what i did, production remained +3 ore and + 1 transplutonic.
Description for ore saw that correct one +4 production, -1 sparse + 3mantle bore, but it showed +3 anyway on regular view of planet and how much it exports on hover.

I reloaded game to older save game before i tried touching specializations and then Mantle bore worked once again correctly, +6 ore, + 4 transplutonics production

I can't seem to find any mentions of it anywhere so I figured I'd just ask, what's up with the Brimir? I can't seem to find it anywhere but i tend to overlook things pretty often

2: if you add in what may be considered as "QOL mods" like stellar networks, with that mod you can check if any market anywhere is selling a weapon you want.

Is there a working version of "Stellar Networks" for "0.97a-RC11" or something else like it?
