Probably some individual problem with my computer.
So don't worry.
(If we're being perfectly honest, I did that because I realized I was keeping it on and in the background pretty often while working on it, and it was slowly cooking my graphics card... :))
Yes, lots of games are doing this... even smaller ones like some desktop mini games and even they are doing absolutely nothing (except polling or refreshing something of course).

Very appreciated behaviour of software. So thank you once again!
This is such a beautiful game!

Hello again...
the problem still persists and appears only in battle.

Any idea where I could look at or do further investigation?
I really have no idea, though I am very keen in working with or repairing PCs in hardware and software means.

This is confusing and a little bit annoying :-)

I've been basically alt tabbing out and reloading, or just playing windowed.

Hmm - have you tried the -2 option, from earlier in this thread? And running as admin/in the various compatibility modes for 95/XP/7? I'm just not sure what else to suggest, unfortunately.

Hello and sorry for the very late answer.

Hmm - have you tried the -2 option
I tested the "-w" option in fullscreen and windowed and it makes no difference.
Is the option "-2" from your quote another one or just a typo?

With the option "-w" the mouse still disappears while in battle or simulation and doesn't comes back until game restart.
This happens maybe in 1 out of 20 battles. This mouseless battle is of course very difficult to play and win.

Otherwise than that... the game runs very smooth with no problems!
Thank you

(Ah yeah - the -2 was likely a typo, seeing how it's close to the w on the keyboard.)
