Research is not using up research packs since I updated to the newest version.

Updated the game, TASC, or AoTD to the newest version? (Or all of course)
I've heard this bug now multiple times but no-one has posted a report in USC or Kaysaar's Modding Bay regarding it afaik which makes tracking this issue very difficult.
I've had the same bug as well.  No clue if it's this or AoTD. :(

I remember in previous versions it was possible to terraform planets into the ones added by Unknown Skies such as Archipelago planets, is it possible to add this back?

EDIT: I did a work around and spawn one of the planets by executing the following command in Console Commands

Getting an odd crash. 100% consistent, just tested it four times. when I load in, go to AOTD tech tree and look at stellar mirror, if I mouse over the building to see its tooltip, I get an instant crash to desktop. Get this message afterward. The error logs pretty big, but this is the part i found referencing the stellar mirror.

Got a question for you and gonna shoot myself in the foot whilst doing so: Perhaps you could tag certain stuff as 'rural' or 'industrial' for the purposes of Ind.Ivo's rural polity? (though being able to put a remnant nexus above a rural planet will forever remain hilariously funny)

Hello! I'm assuming since this mod adds Seafloor Cities, that this error is from this mod? The error seems to activate in my TriOS error log every single time I start the game.

Seems like the Harmoni cDampener doesn't let you install a Fullerene Spool when it's installed.

Beyond it just mining stuff nope, it needs to be in system for terraforming. It also has to be rocks that you can collide with and it will tell you when you're inside a suitable area for a mining station. You can also just look at the button to build the mining station as it will be greyed out in places it won't work.

Yep! it'll be a decent little colony and is great if you wanna do a 1 system empire or just make sure you have in system trade fleets. They're not too bad for basing your military out of if you have a decent planet in the system and you don't want to waste an industry slot on a military base.

Ideally you want to check for systems with lots of planets that aren't too cold or too hot and if you can't find a water heavy planet in system then an asteroid belt works just as good! I once terraformed a 7 planet 2 gas giant system around a blue giant, built a mining station and started turning the planets into paradise.

Just tech tree so far. Haven't built any, but no issues with the ones i've bumped into so far.

thanks. im trying to do a run with ashes and get the megastructure planet going so my options are slim. basically using 3 systems right next to each other and not a single one has any asteroids. was just trying to find out if it would help me at all to put a mining station in a fourth system just to the south. sounds like id get so money and such.

Make sure you read up on those megastructures before planning too much around them haha the fights are a little insane if you haven't got the right over powered ship mods installed.

If you mouse over the terraforming options they'll tell you whats required which is a great way to choose a system that'll work for you. I know it really helped me make decisions because 4 barren worlds and 1 cryo/frozen world is often times better than 2 decent habitable worlds if all the conditions are met. When you put 2 starfortresses around a planet and its orbiting moon you can retreat to each one in turn for some of the tougher battles getting a fresh station but just moving a little bit!
