Hello!
I've been working on a UI mod as part of learning the ropes for this particular game. However I've hit a bit of a road block. I cannot seem to change the "static" that shows up on the menus. It seems to be the only thing I can't actually remove that "awful, terrible, no good, evil" teal. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions on how to change it.
