Stored ships, remember officer assignments

One of the tedious thing that player need to do after swapping fleet loadout, is to reassaign officers. I would be great if ships being put into storage can remember the last assigned officer, and upon being taken out of storage, automatically assigns the last assigned officer back to it, as long as that officer is not already commanding another ship.

It would be even better, if we had fleet templates. Swapping from exploration expedition to warship armada in a single click would be very convenient.
