[0.9.1a RC8]Full retreat failed when mothership destroyed

This is the situation:
If a Multi-module ship join a battle, and it blown up before all modules destroyed, I cannot retreat this battle.
If I use code to kill all module at the beginning of the battle( by "applydamage()"), when mothership destroyed, this issue will not occur.

The mothership is on your side, correct?

If so: this should be fixed for the next release. In the meantime, the EndCombat console command should sort of get around it, though it'll also *win* the battle, so not exactly what you want. But at least it'll end the battle.

yes.This mothership is only for testing. This problem has not prevented me from playing normally at present. Thank you.  ;D
