[0.9.1a-RC8] Infinite Money Loop

Thanks to TauKinth for discovering this issue. Only mods used were LazyLib and Console Commands to make the testing quick, so I assume that this is a purely vanilla issue.

Thank you, fixed! For a temporary workaround, btw, you can set economyNoDemandPriceMult to 1 in settings.json.
