Logs about debris fields should disappear when found

I followed a log entry about a debris field to the system it was in and found it.  The log has not vanished and stuck with intel ever since.  It needs to disappear permanently!

I had a similar log about research station, and it eventually disappeared, although I did not see if it did after I found it or after I destroyed and plundered it.  Do not know what makes debris fields so special to stick around.

Would be nice! There's so much clutter.
It would also be nice if we could delete stuff ourselves.

Same for found data (Debris field in system X. Planet Y has ruins/rich farmland, etc..). It should have it's own tab or get removed when you visit the system in question
