[0.9.1a-RC8] Strange graphics glitches in trade screen

Check out the speckles on those ships. This is on Gilead.

The black market screen shows the same. Oddly enough, my own fleet on the sale screen appears normal.

Look at the Enforcer nose and compare with the other two. Look at the upper 1/4th of the Phaeton. There is gritty graphical pixel dirt all over these ships. It is most easily noticeable in the fact that it produces subtly different ship graphics for the same ships.

Ahh, gotcha! These are heavily d-modded ships and the visuals reflect that.

You're not actually the first to bring this up :)

(I mean, if a visual makes people think something's glitching out that's not a great sign... but while it has come up, it hasn't come up often enough for me to get too concerned.)

Yeah. I'd guess that's only because some of these pixels go beyond the ship boundaries and are more noticeable as something that shouldn't be there. The stuff on top of the image itself could easily be dirt.
